Petitioners: Edward of York, duke of York.

Nature of request: York requests that the chancellor be commanded to make writs to the escheators and other officers to remove the king's hand from his castles, manors, lordships, lands, rents and possessions and of his goods and chattels which were taken into the king's hand by the king's order, and that the issues taken in the meantime be restored to him.He also requests suitable writs to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer, as to the customers and collectors of the customs and subsidies in the ports of London, Hull, Lynn and Boston to pay the annuities due to him.
