Nature of request: [Petition in 5 parts:]1) Lop Burgoun de Burdeux requests that the constable of Bordeaux be commanded to pay the sum which he lent to Galycien and Darcy for the restoration of peace. The constable has been commanded to pay him but has done nothing.2) He requests that the constable be ordered to pay him the sum due by account that he made with Galycien as Galycien made assignment to him on the issues of the provost of Bayonne.3) He requests payment for the wages due to him and his company from when they were in the garrison of the land of Maremne, then newly taken to the king's fealty as the constable was ordered to pay the same but has not done so.4) He requests that the seneschal of Gascony be commanded not to put him in bargainment for the place of La Dene which Burgoun was granted by the king's father, and that he be suffered to hold it as he held it until this time.5) He requests confirmation of the assignment made to him by Darcy, Pomers and Galycien for his good service in the bailiwicks of Gosse and Seignanx, the same being assigned to be taken from the provost of Bayonne.
