The Portsmouth Officers have inspected the Guarland and Galatee French Prizes on float before they were cleared which was general and intended only to prevent the captors being put to unnecessary expense in clearing them if they were found to be unfit for purchase. The Guarland will be docked for more thorough examination and the Galatee is in bad condition and unfit for further service |
