Josiah Burchett. Twelve months provisions have to be carried for the troops going to America so that merchant ships have to be contracted with to take the excess left by Naval Storeships. Once they are loaded they are to go to Spithead where they will be under the protection of Captain Anson of the Centurion. The Commissioners of Victualling will contact the Admiralty about the amount of shipping they need to contract |
