Petitioners: Margaret Cornish, the wife of Thomas Cornish of Uxbridge.

Nature of request: The petitioner seeks the king's charter of pardon for her husband and also a writ of delivery to the keeper of the king's bench. She shows that by the malice of his enemies her husband was indicted before justices of king's bench, condemned by twelve men of felony and judgement passed upon him. Then the King, Queen, Duke of Gloucester, Archbishop of Canterbury, and other knights and esquires granted Thomas Cornish at Lambeth, life and limb, and free deliverance.
