Amended by an order dated 12 May 1835: Abel Coleman and wife, Benjamin Wood and wife (Helen Wood), John William Seymour, Louisa Ann Wells, Mary Ann Seymour, James Alexander and wife, Caroline Jane Seymour and Harriet Matilda Seymour added as defendants. Amended by an order dated 19 Jan 1837: Henry Augustus Biedermann, Caroline Biedermann, William Henry Biedermann, Bertha Biedermann and Emily Biederman added as defendants. Louisa Ann Wells and Henry Seymour removed as defendants.
