Cumberland to Saxe: he proposes the eleventh of that month for the start of the armistice. He is prepared to cooperate with Saxe to relieve the hardships of the city of Liège. Passports to be issued by the prince of Orange. The Austrians are under his orders and will observe the cease fire. His thanks for Saxe's treatment of the garrison of Maastricht.
