Cumberland to Saxe, proposing a meeting to set a date for the cease fire to come into effect. He proposes an area of neutral ground between the opposing armies. He requests a passport for the bearer, Lord George Sackville, to go to Maastricht, for which he proposes an honourable capitulation. Dated at headquarters at 'Hellenrouck'.
