Cumberland to Newcastle: the march of the Russians. The transports have arrived at Willemstad. Arrival of Bentinck and signing of the preliminaries [at Aix]. He will write to Saxe to arrange the cease fire, of which he has informed Bathiani. He encloses copies of his letters to Saxe [SP 87/24/95] and the commandant of Maastricht [SP 87/24/96].
