Dunmore to Harrington: the French before Brussels are impeded by the bad weather. Surrender of the castle of Vilvoorde. He has ordered the loaded transports to sail to Helvoet. Crauford and Prince [Frederick] of Hesse have left for Willemstad. He has ordered Captain Barker of the Gibraltar to sail immediately with the Hessians for Scotland. He suggests disposing of the surplus forage to the Austrians at cost price. Dated at Antwerp. ff. 85, 86
