Dunmore to Harrington: the French before Brussels are impeded by the bad weather. Surrender of the castle of Vilvoorde. He has ordered the loaded transports to sail to Helvoet. Crauford and Prince [Frederick] of Hesse have left for Willemstad. He has ordered Captain Barker of the Gibraltar to sail immediately with the Hessians for Scotland.
