Cumberland to Chesterfield, enclosing his plan of operations for the next campaign [SP 87/23/202]. The Austrian subsidy. The prince of Orange has agreed to the sending of six battalions to England. He encloses a letter from Admiral Byng to Fawkener on prisoners [SP 87/23/207] and another from Captain DeCosnes at Calais on Anson's prisoners [SP 87/23/208]. Two English officers in the French service have taken ship to Scarborough. Dated at The Hague. ff. 440-443
