Cumberland to Chesterfield: Sandwich has written to him that the site of the congress has been named as Aix-la-Chapelle, and Cumberland fears the French emissaries will spy on his posts and quarters. The route he intends to take to Breda. He has sent Lieutenant Colonel Amherst to the prince of Orange. Dated at headquarters at 'Hoicht'. ff 398-400
