Cumberland to William, prince of Orange: he wishes the six English battalions to be kept together. He believes the enemy troops seen near Zandvliet are inconsiderable, and intended to lure the allies away from Maastricht. However, if it is absolutely necessary, he will give orders for quartermasters to prepare routes. Dated at headquarters at 'Rycholt'. ff. 52, 53
