William, prince of Orange to Cumberland: movements of the French at Zandvliet and Antwerp. A council of state has resolved to strengthen the frontier from the Scheldt to Steenbergen. Detailed deployments of troops. Waldeck will receive by the same courier the resolution of the council of state for him to make representations to Cumberland. He complains that Huske would not follow his order to move a battalion of guards against Saxe. Dated at The Hague. ff. 48-51
