Marlborough to Boyle: he recommends that the twelve battalions required to guarantee the neutrality of the empire should be drawn from the king of Sweden's troops, and that Lord Raby should act on the queen's part in conjunction with their commander. His absence from Berlin would not be prolonged. He asks that the queen be shown the enclosed [SP 87/5/110, 111]. Dated at camp at Villers-Brulin. PS. that he has seen the Paris Gazette's report of an action in Spain. He has just received a letter from Major General Seissan regarding Languedoc [SP 87/5/110] which shows discrepancies with the reports from France. ff. 222-225
