Marlborough to Boyle: he has been at The Hague, Rotterdam, Brussels and Antwerp, where Prince Eugene asked to meet him. They set out for Oudenaarde, but had to turn back at Aalst because of the state of the roads. The corps commanders have been summoned and it is agreed that nothing can be done until the roads improve. He and Prince Eugene missed meeting with M. Rouillé.
