[Philipe François] de Meulemeester [?to James Butler, second duke of Ormond]: he does not know whether [?Ormond] has received the commission from England to investigate Marlborough's misdeeds. He has discussed it with the bishop of Bristol [Robinson]. He encloses a resolution of the states general of 15 January 1711, a memoir from the parliament of Flanders and another commission regarding the falsification of the audit of taxes on the villages. Further charges against Marlborough and Cadogan. Request for the payment of the arrears of his remuneration. Dated at Utrecht. ff. 767-769
