Enemy attacks on sutlers and difficulties in supplying the besieging troops [at Lille]. He returns the earl of Galloway's letter. Dated at camp at Fretin. PS. on the losses among Temple's men. He encloses Marlborough's letter to the earl of Galloway. He will shortly send the treaty for the 4,000 [imperial] troops [for Catalonia]. ff. 110-112
