Description:

Marlborough to Harley: Robinson should not leave the king of Sweden until his army enters Poland. He has not heard from The Hague about the recognition of Stanislaus (as king of Poland). The court of Hanover is not pressing for it. He thanks Harley for his account of the troops embarked. He presumes he may assure M. Spanheim of the queen's support for the king of Prussia's claim to Neuchatel. [Daniel] Pulteney [English envoy to the court of Denmark] has written that if he were instructed to settle the pension [for Prince Charles's renunciation of the bishopric of Lübeck], it would facilitate the rest. He suspects the enemy has designs on Huy. Dated at camp at Meldert. ff 601,602
