Shows adjacent owners, buildings, gardens, pasture near Stockwell Place, the White Swan Tavern, turnpike road from Clapham and other roads. Scale: about 1 inch to 2 chains. Compass star. Inset shows Vauxhall meadow. Extracted from lease dated 23 April 1805, in which the properties are more fully described.
