Also includes an article from The Daily Gleaner of 25 October 1947, reporting on a speech by the Governor in which he answered criticisms of himself and the Executive Council, made by Mr Alexander Bustamante in his capacity as Minister for Communications. A later article of 30 October 1947 contains Mr Bustamante's response. |
