Description:

This series consists of files of the British War Crimes Executive (BWCE) at Nuremberg, and of the Court Contact Committee of that Executive. The BWCE files cover internal administration and liaison with other Allied Government delegations, and include minutes of prosecutors' meetings.

These applications were referred by the International Military Tribunal to the Court Contact Committee, who were required to notify, on behalf of the prosecutors, any objections to the individual applications.
