Short title: In the matter of the estate of James Mellor esq, late of Cleveland Square, Hyde Park, Middlesex, deceased: Hargreaves v Hargreaves.

Plaintiffs: Alice Hargreaves the wife of William Hargreaves, Mary Constance Hargreaves infant and Martha Paulton the wife of Abraham Walter Paulton, Alice Paulton infant and James Mellor Paulton infant by the said Abraham Walter Paulton their next friend.

Defendants: William Hargreaves, Richard Smethurst and James Vaughan.

Amendments: Amended by order 1862. Abraham Walter Paulton added as next friend of Mary Constance Hargreaves and later amended to Philip Henry Lawrence, Mary Constance Hargreaves now Mary Constance Leese the wife of Joseph Francis Leese, Alice Paulton infant changed to Alice Mellor Paulton, Abraham Walter Paulton amended to Philip Henry Lawrence and Abraham Walter Paulton added as defendant. Amended by order to revive 1868. Joseph Francis Leese added as defendant.
