Bill of complaint of Richard Goldsborough against Richard Goodrick (Goodericke) of Little Ribston, Francis Baildon, Henry Goodrick (Goodrycke), Thomas Walker, William Wyndle and others concerning unlawful assembly and entry into Goldsborough Park in Goldsborough, a manor held by the complainant, where they hunted and killed deer and shot at the keeper, a plan to assault Richard Goldsborough and forgery of a billet calling Richard Goldsborough to appear at the Star Chamber, Westminster, to answer a suit brought by Richard Goodrick. Also refers to a claim for a fourth part of the manor[s] of Walton Head, Farnley and Leathley by Francis Baildon, who with others entered the area and destroyed some grass |
