Defendants: Thomas Thursby, merchant of Lynn, feoffee to uses, and Richard Pepir.

Subject: A tenement built on a common lane in Lynn, fraudulently conveyed by Thursby to Pepir, who married Margaret, another daughter of the said Robert.
