Procedure was by 'English bill', the same as equity proceedings in Chancery and the Exchequer equity court. The series thus includes bills and informations, answers, replications, rejoinders, depositions, interrogatories, and decrees of the court. A few receipts signed by individuals receiving payments from the Treasurer of the Court of Augmentations may also be found. |
