Manuscript prize appeal No 620, from the Vice-Admiralty Court of Gibraltar, filed in 1805.

Captured ship: Jubel Aaret 1801 (master Kund Olsen).

Nationality: [Bremen].

History: laden with brandy; taken before April 1805 by HMS Renown (Sir Richard John Strachan Bart commanding), and brought into Gibraltar.

Appellant: John Everhard Heyman merchant of London for sundry cargo on behalf of Messrs D Wurdemann Widow and Sons merchants of Bremen.

Respondent: the captor.
