Bernard Wakefield v. Henry Wigley, Henry Butler and others. Debts which had been due to Anthony Babington, late attainted of high treason and executed. Land bought by Wigley, which had formed part of the jointure of Margery, late the wife of the said Babington, and now the wife of Edward Stafford. How much of the purchase money is still unpaid? A grant made by the queen and Sir Walter Rawley, to the said Edward Stafford, of the goods and debts of the said Babington. Derb.
