Reports to the Attorney General on thirteen Irish bills - to prevent combinations and encourage trade, to prevent frauds by bankrupts, to prevent punishment by whipping, to prevent the houghing of cattle, etc., to prevent frivolous arrests, to regulate Lottery Offices, to regulate silk manufacture, to regulate the curing and preparing of provisions, to naturalise foreign merchants, etc., to enforce the laws concerning turnpike roads and to regulate the baking trade in Cork, and the Dublin and Callan Road bills
