Whether a legacy of £45,000 intended for the founding of an orphanage on the Meads and Downs (Eastbourne) property can be applied cy pres, or whether, inview of the inheritance of the property by the Church Education Corporation, this clause in the Will is held to fail. Proposal to apply the legacy cy pres for the building of a boarding school for girls in or near Oxford.
