Catalogue description Brussels Treaty Organisations and Western European Union: Microfilm copies of files

Microfilm copies of files of the Western European Union and its predecessor the Brussels Treaty Organisation. They include minutes, records of meetings of the Consultative Council, subject files and correspondence. The subject matter covers the range of economic, social and cultural collaboration and collective self-defence issues agreed by the Brussels Treaty.

Prior to July 2011 records in DG 1 were available to the public only with the permission of the Secretary General of the WEU.
