Orders and certificates of apportionment of rent-charges under this and other acts are in HLG 61 and HLG 62 respectively. Certificates of redemption of such rent-charges are in HLG 63. Similar redemption certificates for corn rents under the Kendal Corn Rent Act 1932 are in HLG 64. Orders of exchange of lands under Enclosure Acts are in HLG 60. Maps of schemes of regulation under the Commons Act 1899 are in HLG 65

A Minister of Land and Natural Resources was appointed in 1964 with responsibility for the availability and use of natural resources and land in the national interest. His department was primarily responsible for establishing a Land Commission and for leasehold reform.

In February 1967 the department was dissolved and its responsibilities for the projected Land Commission and leasehold reform passed to the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, together with those for the countryside, commons and allotments, and water resources in England.
