The mansion house and park of Colcombe [Salcombe], Devon and lands in Colyton and Tiverton, Devon, and the borough and chase of Okehampton, Devon, the hundred of Plympton, Devon, the boroughs and parks of Tiverton alias Twyverton, and the lordships of Colyton, Axminster and Whiteford [Whitford], Devon, and the boroughs of Collyford [Colyford], Devon, Exminster, Devon, Wounford [Wonford], Devon, Haridge [?Hayridge hundred, now includes Bickleigh, near Tiverton), Devon and Westbudleigh [West Budleigh Hundred, now includes Cheriton Fitzpaine], Devon; rents issuing out of lands in Colyton, Okehampton Park, Chetilhampton [Chittlehampton], Devon; the manor and park of Bartyngton, Devon, and advowson of the church of Tiverton; all which were of Edward (Courtenay) earl of Devon, who died without issue, and the plaintiff claims as his heir at law, and sets forth the pedigree of the earl's family.
