Subject: Performance of trust. Plaintiff being seised of the praedial tithes of the barton and demesne lands the manor of Bishop's Teyngton [Bishopsteignton], Devon, and the vicar of the parish of Bishopsteignton laying claim to the said tithes, plaintiff to try the right made a lease thereof to defendant Robert Goldesborough in trust to bring an ejectment, which lease defendant claims as absolute.
