Plaintiffs: Thomas Leigh esq, and Raphe Riddierd gent, overseers of the will of Francis Pot.

Defendants: Edward Sutton, Edmund Jodrell, and Edmund Sutton.

Subject: For performance of trusts in a will. The testator died seised of lands of considerable value in the counties of Staffordshire and Cheshire, and mention os made of the profits of the forest and hundred of Maclesfield [Macclesfield], and lands called the Runge or Rouge Hey, also a house at Pot [Pott Shrigley], and coal mynes of Pot and Raynal [Rainow].
