Subject: To complete an agreement for a purchase. The manor of Elvingdon, and the farm of Elvingden in Goring, and lands in the parishes, towns, and hamlets of Goring, Elvingdon [Elvendon], Great Hampton [Gatehampton], Stoke Abbots [Abbots Wood], and Whitechurch [Whitchurch], in Oxfordshire, and in Stretely [Streatley], Tylehurst [Tilehurst], and Burghfeilde [Burghfield] in Berkshire, which it had been agreed should be sold and conveyed to defendant by plaintiff and his said father.
