Plaintiffs: William Watson, John Applebye, and others tenants of the King's manor of Staindrop.

Defendants: Tobias Ewbunke, Edward Collen, Richard Wrighte, and Stephen Watson.

Subject: Destruction of enclosures and assault on Alice Applebye, wife of the said John Applebye in the said manor of Staindrop, and deer stealing in Raby West Park. Demurrer, overruled, that the Attorney-General has filed a bill for the same matter.
