Defendants: John Eppes of Sellinge, yeoman, John Eppes his son, Katherine Eppes his daughter, late servant of plaintiffs Sir John Scotte and Katherine Scotte, and others their kinswomen.

Subject: Compelling Anne Heywarde, daughter of the said Sir Rowland Heywarde kt and Katherine Scotte to go through a form of marriage at Sellinge.
