Plaintiffs: Thomas Powell, esq of Horsley, Denbighshire.

Defendants: Edward Vaudrey of Riddings, Richard Dobbe, Thomas Vaudrey, Robert Vaudrey, John Hampson, Thomas Jenkinson, Miles Barrowe alias Miles Cooke, Ralph Greene, Richard Salter, Thomas Shawe, James Barett and John Mercer.

Subject: Forcible entry, damage to fences and assault on the servants of plaintiff Thomas Powell, cattle-driving, etc at Wolton [Wotton] and other lands in Birkenhead, Claughton, Bidstone, Wallasey, and Tranmore, late of Ralph Worsley, esq of Chester, grandfather of the wives of said Plaintiff and defendant Edward Vaudrey.
