Plaintiffs: Richard Harrys esq of Bewdley, Worcestershire, and Charles Harrys his younger son.

Defendants: Edward Seabright gent of Prestwood, Staffordshire, JP, Edward Chelmicke, Thomas Richards, deptty to the under-sheriff, Thomas Handes, Roger Sturdy, Philip Bate, and others.

Subject: Forgery of a sheriff's warrant, attempted seizure of cattle sold by the said Charles Harrys in Kidderminster market, seizure of cattle and corn at Hascott, and procuring a false extent of lands in Hascott, Kinver, Burrough, and Kingswinford.
