Plaintiffs: Anthony Brakenbury esq of Holme by Newark and John Ogle gent of Sneinton.

Defendants: Francis Brakenbury esq of Sellaby, Thomas Wicliffe gent, Robert Hardware, John Cookes alias John Colson, and others.

Subject: Seizure of tithe corn and hay and assaults on the servants of plaintiff Anthony Brakenbury on land belonging to the rectory and college of Staindrop in Staindrop, Raby, Shotterton, Wackerfield, Ingelton and Hilton, adjudged to the said plaintiff in the Star Chamber under the will of Richard Brakenbury.
