Plaintiffs: Richard Blanchard esq and Thomas Whitehorne, yeoman, feoffee to his use.

Defendants: Thomas Cheney esq of Aldworth, Alice Bradburie, Francis Winchcombe esq of Bucklebury, sheriff, Henry Fysham his servant, and others.

Subject: Forcible entry on a messuage and land in Shaw whereof the said Richard Blanchard had bought the lease from the said Thomas Cheney, rescue of distress and bribery of the sheriff not to execute a writ of restitution.
