Defendants: James Hargrave clerk, William Anderson and Robert Newes his tenants.

Subject: Lawsuits, assaults and perjury concerning the rectory of Barningham (Burnyngham), mortgaged by the said Thomas Allen to William Sone, whose widow was married to the said James Hargrave.
