Defendants: Eleanor Wolferstan (alias Eleanor Floyer widow, Matthew Floyer the elder esq, of Hints, Staffordshire, Matthew Floyer the younger, Margaret Floyer, Henry Rathbone, Anne Rathbone his wife, Mary Lakin, William Drayton, John Crow, George Lawrence and Alice Oliver.
