Release by Philip Calthorp, knight, at the request of Edmund Bewpre, of Yaxley, Suffolk, esquire, and of Thomas Thursby, of Hillyngton, Norfolk, cousins and heirs of John Durward, of Great Yeldham, Essex, deceased, to Richard Sowthwell, esquire, of his right in the manor of Coggeshale, and in 'Poyntell Mill' and 'Esterfordmyll,' in Coggeshale, Markeshale, etc. of which, with Henry Wentworth, knight, and others since deceased, he was seised by charter dated at Coggeshale, 10 November, 11 Henry VII.; to hold, etc. Essex. 15 June, 21 Henry VIII.
