Grant by German Brid, citizen and fismonger of London, and Lucy his wife, to Henry de Bruton, tailor, of London, and Ymania his wife, of a messuage in the parish of St. Olave towards the Tower, paying 8s. yearly; and also grant of a portion of a drain bult on the adjoining tenement in which Brid lives, they defraying yearly a third part of the cost of repairing the said drain.
