Grant by T[heobald] de Conyngesby, clerk, Walter de Legh, Adam de Hallingebiry and Stephen de Schelfhangre, executors of the will of Henry le Galeys, late citizen of London, enrolled in full Husting, Monday before St. Margaret the Virgin, 30 Edward I., to Stephen de Watton, the prior, and the convent of Holy Trinity, London, of 3s. yearly rent issuing from the tenement Thomas de Brauncestre holds in the parish of St. Matthew's in Frydai-strete, London, in exchange for the release by the said convent to the Friars Minor of London of 3s. yearly rent issuing from land held by the latter.
