Grant by Benedict, the abbot, and the convent of St. Mary of Stratford, to Peter, the prior, and the canons of Holy Trinity, London, of all their land beyond Luya (the Lea) in the parts of Brambeley, which they have cut off from their land called 'Pikeshoc. ' If the land increase in size through the drawing off of the water (per atractum aque), such increment shall belong to the abbot and convent.
