Grant by Master William de Paris, surgeon, to Nuto Fouberti, and Burgensius his brother, citizens and merchants of Florence, for 40 marcs, of his land with the buildings thereon in Bradestrete, St. Olave's parish, situate as described, paying him yearly 1/2 lb. of pepper, and to the prior and convent of St. Saviours of Bermondsey, 2s. Witnesses:- Sir Gregory de Rokesle, Mayor of London, Ralph le Feure and Robert Darraz, sheriffs, William Bokerel, alderman of that ward, Sir Richard Taillehste, rector of Tuyford church, and others (named).
