Grant by John, the prior, and the convent of Holy Trinity, London, to William Vyel, citizen of London, of a yearly rent of 7s. issuing from a tenement in the parish of St. Augustine, by St. Paul's churchyard, in exchange for the grant to them by Vyel of a yearly rent of 5s. issuing from two shops in St. Mildred's parish in Bredstrate. If they cannot obtain this latter rent they may distrain on the tenement in St. Augustine's parish for the amount.
